We had a 17-day tour through Vietnam organized by Ms. Huong and FP Travel, and it was simply a dream trip! From the very first email to the follow-up after we returned home, communication was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. We felt seen, cared for, and completely safe throughout the entire journey. The itinerary was perfectly designed – from Hanoi and Ha Long Bay in the north, via Hue and Hoi An, down to Ho Chi Minh City, the Mekong Delta, and Mui Ne in the south. Everything ran smoothly: transportation, flights, hotels, and local guides were all perfectly coordinated. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing — just enjoy every moment.
We did a family Vietnam Tour with FTrip (as they were recommended by a colleague) from North to South. Hanoi-Mai Chau-Pu Long-Ninh Binh- Ha Long-Hue-Hoi An-Ho Chi Minh. This was the first time booking through a travel agent as we've always booked all our trip by ourselves so was very skeptical about it. However, I'm glad we did as the entire trip was amazing and very well planned. They helped guide me through the entire process of planning. They accommodated all my changes and requests till I was satisfied and then booked it all in for us. My kids are 16 and 12 and both loved every minute of the holiday and were never bored. Both the main guides Tuan and Dien were amazing and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to give suggestions on places to eat and things to do that were not part of the tour as well. The drivers (Sun and Phu) too were always on time. When on the trip if we did ever have questions or needed help FTrip was quick to assist. Cannot fault anything at all. We surely felt very spoilt, and it was worth every dollar spent.
Our 11 days Vietnam trip was fabulous. @passportfulloflove curated our entire trip from North to South of Vietnam wonderfully well along with FTRIP - the travel company in Vietnam. The cars with drivers arranged by them along with their friendly and knowledgable guides made our trip fun and very comfortable.
